Ryan Stanton got his wish. He is going to make it to the NHL. However, it will NOT be as a Blackhawk. He was put on waivers and low-and-behold, the Vancouver Canucks picked up this 3 year pro. He was deserving of this opportunity, and he got it. I had a funny suspicion that he was going to be picked up. He was way too talented to continue in the AHL. He spent the last three years in Rockford and he was the defensive leader. Good luck to you in Vancouver, Ryan.
