First off,... it was nice to just take a break. Let me see what I missed?
Hawks won 3 in a row then got killed in St. Louis. Yeah,...that about sums it up.
Oh...and Jonathan Toews is still out. Finally this "upper body injury" is revealed to what we feared most....A concussion. This could last months !!!! If it does, the Hawks are in deep trouble. They need Jonny back in the lineup to have any chance at the cup. There isn't even any sign of him skating. Appears that Niklas Hjalmarsson also has a concussion. The Hawks bet shot blocker is down. I wish we could find out what "symptoms" they are having. What are these neurological symptoms that are keeping them off the ice? Hope both of them get better. If the Hawks not only wish to make the playoffs, but go deep into the playoffs they need Jonathan Toews and Niklas Hjalmarsson.
